WHO CAN ENTER?
Delegates already registered in the congress can click on ENTER HERE and log in with their email and the password they chose when registering.
For those who couldn't attend the congress we are opening On Demand registration to give access to the session recordings and posters and the abstract book.
Registration rates and application form are available on the registration page.
The virtual platform will be kept open for 2 months after the congress.
HOW TO REGISTER
On Demand Registration is open for those who were not able to attend the congress and want to access the recorded sessions and posters until 15 January.
Online registration is quick and easy and you will automatically receive an email confirmation and payment receipt once the payment has come through and you will receive your username and password.
Registration fees
Fees are quoted in euro (EUR), per person, and include 21% Spanish VAT. Payments in other currencies will not be accepted. Fees are given in the table below and vary according to profession and membership.
- Allied Health Professionals include speech language pathologists, dieticians, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and nurses are also included in this fee.
- Residents and trainees fees are aimed at people not on full salaries as they are still in training.
- Non-members may join the ESSD (click on this link: http://www.myessd.org/how.php) and register as members - the membership will be for 2021 and will need renewing in 2022.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the full payment of the respective registration fee. Only fully-paid up attendees will receive the link to access the event platform.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation prior to 30 September 2021 will include a refund of the amount paid minus a handling charge of EUR 50 for the 11th Congress. No refund will be made after this deadline.
TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
The registration is issued to you personally. Sharing or transferring registrations is against our Terms and Conditions and any attempts to do so may result in additional fees or fines.
PAYMENT
You will be able the pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) using the PCI compliant payment platform Stripe. If needed, you may also be able to pay via bank transfer. Please note that the money has to arrive at the ESSD account before the early bird/ registration deadline to qualify for a seat.
ACCESS AND CONNECTIVITY TO THE ONLINE EVENT
All participants are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection of sufficient bandwidth in order to access and interact on the online event platform. ESSD will not be held responsible for any event access issues due to the participant’s connection or service providers, system configuration or any other information technology issues beyond its control.
EVENT CANCELLATION, CHANGE, LIABILITY & INSURANCE
Should the event be cancelled, ESSD will refund the registration fee upon request.
For organisational reasons, and/or reasons beyond the control of ESSD, ESSD reserves the right to alter the timing, content and format of the programme without prior notice at any time before or during the event.
USE OF DATA
Data related to attendance will be used by ESSD only, for the sole purposes of the event organisation and statistics.
